Full wedding planning is our comprehensive service package designed to take care of every aspect of your special day. From the moment you engage our services until the last guest leaves the reception, we handle it all with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to bringing your dream wedding to life. This includes up to 250 hours dedicated to preplanning and onsite management and unlimited communication via text, call and email. We’ll pull it all together including co-creating the vision, managing the vendors, logistics planning, budget oversight, and full onsite coordination.

Partial planning is for the couples that have already taken the first steps in the wedding planning process. Whether your navigating design ideas, grappling with logistical details, or simply seeking fresh perspectives, our experienced professionals are ready to bring it all together. This includes up to 150 hours dedicated to preplanning and onsite management and unlimited communication via text, call and email. We put all the puzzle pieces together so all you have to do is say “I do.”

This should really be called two-months-before-coordination, but we’ll keep it simple and stick with Day of Coordination. The last couple months of wedding planning can be stressful and that’s where we come in. We’ll organize all of your hard work in an easy to follow plan. Our services include three pre-wedding meetings, contract reviews, day of timeline curation, floor plan guidance, vendor confirmation and management, ceremony rehearsal attendance, decor setup, and complete onsite coordination. Our Day of Coordination ensures all your planning comes together seamlessly.

For couples who have the planning under control but can’t be in two places at once, our Day of Decorating services are perfect. Starting the week of your wedding, we’ll review your planning and ensure everything is on track. Our services include one pre-wedding planning meeting and decor setup allowing you to relax and enjoy your day without worrying about the details.
